WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MAL enterprises want you to be happy with your purchase. We provide the very latest in inovation,
design and technology as far as our products are concerned.
In the highly unlikely event that you should encounter a problem with your purchase, we would ask that you contact us by email in the first instance detailing the nature of the problem. We will always respond promptly.
Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, we ask that you inform us immediately on reciept or at the latest within 48 hours of reciept via email. If your item appears to be damaged when delivered we ask that you do not accept the item and instruct that it be returned.
When you sign for an item, you are accepting that it is visably intact and undamaged.
All our products carry a 6 months warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Any products that develop a fault within this time will be replaced, repaired or refunded by ourselves following inspection and testing by our engineers, and at the discretion of management.
For an item to be considered for replacement or refund, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, undameged and have been used only for the purpose intended.
MAL enterprises operate a policy where by we do not charge our customers additional costs for postage and packing when making a purchase from us, in order to remain one of the most competitive online retailers in our field unlike most other retailers.
However in the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us, our condition is that the purchaser is responsible for all postage costs.
